Safety & Support

Student safety is our top priority. All sessions are monitored by trained facilitators, we use secure platforms with privacy protections, students are taught digital safety and appropriate online behavior, all guest speakers and mentors undergo background checks, and we have clear policies against bullying or inappropriate behavior. Parents receive regular updates on their student's participation and progress.

We're committed to supporting every student's success. Our facilitators are available via email and office hours, sessions are recorded so students can review content, we offer flexible scheduling for students who can't attend all live sessions, and one-on-one support can be arranged if needed. We also work with students who have learning differences or accommodations.

We encourage student independence, but parents are welcome to observe sessions (cameras/mics off) if desired. We also host parent information sessions at the beginning of each program and provide regular progress updates throughout. Parents have access to our support team anytime with questions or concerns.
